Each of our current officer positions and their respective responsibilites are listed below.

2. Submit a letter of recommendation to Ms. Holloway or Ms. English

        a. Letter must be printed, signed, and sealed by sender

3. Complete the Future level of the FBLA Awards online (BAA)

  • Oversee all chapter activities with advisers and officers

  • Promote Business Achievement Awards and workshops

  • Lead chapter meetings and events

  • Represent chapter and give presentations

  • Liaison between members and advisers

  • Keeps chapter and leadership abreast with upcoming events and deadlines

  • Oversee and complete the Chapter Management section of Chapter of the Year report

  • Works with Social team to create and implement member social events

  • Works with External VP to support President

  • Promote and educate competitive events to members

  • Assist President in Business Achievement Award promotion

  • Plan workshops and practice sessions for competitive events

  • Work with President to keep up with events and deadlines

  • Oversee and complete the  FBLA Programs/Projects section of Chapter of the Year report

  • Create agendas for monthly chapter meetings 

  • Type and save minutes from chapter meetings on FBLA Google drive 

  • Email online form to new members weekly

  • Create and plan community and school service opportunities for the chapter

  • Oversee and complete the Service Projects section of Chapter of the Year report

  • Works closely with Public Relations officer to ensure all events and accolades are reported to school and community news outlets

  • Oversees chapter  recruitment (including goals, events, incentives)

  • Works with Internal VP to support President

  • Add new members to chapter emails and membership roster

  • Oversee and complete the  Member Recruitment section of Chapter of the Year report

  • Write and submit articles concerning FBLA to community and school news sources

  • Create advertisements and graphics for new members, events, and meetings 

  • Create monthly chapter newsletter

  • Email 2 chapter pictures to Georgia FBLA monthly

  • Represent chapter when necessary

  • Oversee and complete the Public Relations Activities section of Chapter of the Year report

  • Man social media accounts and website

  • Assist with Public Relations Activities section of Chapter of the Year report

  • Assist in chapter event planning using Chapter of the Year points as a guide

  • Work closely with public relations and treasurer to assist in Industry Certification needs

  • Create and implements any necessary portions of Chapter of the Year report

  • Plan and implement local leadership opportunities
